By accessing or using azimuthrunning.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Participation in any Azimuth Running LLC event is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Unless an event's own rules state otherwise, all participants must:
Event officials, including designated medical and safety personnel, hold final authority to remove a participant from an event for their own safety or the safety of others. That decision is not subject to appeal during the event.
Endurance events carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, dehydration, heat and cold exposure, collision, road and trail hazards, and exposure to environmental conditions. By registering for or participating in any Azimuth Running LLC event, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Azimuth Running LLC, its officers, members, agents, contractors, and volunteers from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where applicable, entry fees are processed through RunSignup and are governed by their terms and refund policies. Refund and transfer terms specific to an event are published with that event's registration.
Azimuth Running LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule any event due to circumstances including but not limited to permitting decisions, venue availability, weather, or public safety concerns. Where an event is postponed or relocated, registered participants will be notified directly, and the options available to them — transfer, deferral, or refund — will be communicated at that time.
Announced dates and venues are subject to change until confirmed. Information published on this site about future events is provided in good faith and does not constitute a guarantee that an event will take place as described.
Applications submitted through this site — including Core Committee, volunteer, and sponsorship inquiries — are invitations to be considered, not offers of a position or agreement. Azimuth Running LLC may accept, decline, or withdraw any application at its discretion. Volunteer and committee roles are unpaid unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, event names, and branding, is the property of Azimuth Running LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
By participating in an Azimuth Running LLC event, you grant Azimuth Running LLC and its authorized media partners the right to photograph, film, and use your likeness in promotional and documentary materials without compensation.
This site links to destinations we do not operate, including our event sites, registration platforms, and social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information published on it is complete or current at any given moment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azimuth Running LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Azimuth Running LLC is a domestic limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Texas and in good standing with the Texas Secretary of State.
Formal legal notices, including service of process, must be directed to our registered agent on file with the Texas Secretary of State. Current registered agent and registered office information is a matter of public record and is available through the Secretary of State's business filing search.
General correspondence, questions about these terms, and privacy requests should be sent to azimuthrunning@gmail.com. Email is not a valid channel for service of process.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
